Ordering

  • You can place your catering order online 24/7 at LifeGrain.com.au. Our email address is catering@plumecafe.com.au
  • To guarantee your request, please place order 2 working days prior to the event. Late orders will be best accommodated and menu selection might be limited.
  • For 50+ people catering we require the order to be placed 5 days prior to the event.
  • Weekend and Public holiday orders require one week notice.
  • Please indicate dietary requirements and any special instructions in the comments box. We will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery

  • We deliver between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday – Friday. Deliveries within the hospital are free for orders $60 and above. Deliveries outside the hospital will attract a delivery fee.
  • Catering requests on weekends and public holidays attract a 10% surcharge. Delivery times are 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.

Pickup

  • Pickup available anytime between the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for Weekends and Public Holidays

Order Amendments

  • We will endeavour to accommodate changes in catering numbers. Small catering changes must be lodged by 11 am the day prior to the order.
  • A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel a catering order. 50% cancellation charges will apply when costs have been incurred in regard to food, labour or other services.

Payment

  • All prices include applicable GST.
  • All prices are correct at time of publication quoted on current costs. These may vary at any time due to seasonal or supplier shortages. LifeGrain reserves the right to alter, adapt menus or services.
  • Merchant fee of 1.5% applies to credit card payments.
